Alicia Caillier is a Soul Purpose Coach who brings high-level professional expertise to help ambitious women align with their purpose and create lives beyond what they once believed possible. 

Alicia holds a B.A. in Anthropology from The University of Chicago (’11), where she received the Campus Life & Leadership Award, and an M.A. in Global Entertainment and Music Business from Berklee College of Music (’16), graduating Cum Laude and earning Berklee’s Peer Recognition Award. In 2023, she became a Certified Soul Purpose (Dharma) & Spiritual Life Coach through the Highest Self Institute.

Before stepping into her calling as a coach, Alicia built a highly influential career in product management and creative strategy. At Meta, she spent five and a half years years helping to shape the future of content creation across Facebook Stories, Reels, and Feed—leading high-impact initiatives seen by 3 billion people daily. She shipped features including universal creation entry points, an upgraded audio browser for Reels and Stories and revamped creative tools. Her work consistently drove measurable impact, improving music sharing, reducing content deletion, and elevating creative expression for millions.

Prior to Meta, Alicia served as Lead Product Manager at Harmonix, where she launched Dance Central—the best-selling VR game in the studio’s history—managing a $6M development budget and securing over $1M in additional funding. She also launched SingSpace on Oculus Go. Her early career began in Chicago at FCB, where she led 360° national campaigns for brands such as KFC, Motorola, and Kmart, driving social growth and contributing to award-winning engagement.

Beyond her professional achievements, Alicia has spent more than a decade mastering manifestation, consistently calling in major personal and professional milestones—including owning her own 20-acre property in Joshua Tree, CA. She also brings a heart for service, having raised over $53,000 for COVID-19 relief efforts in 2020.
